PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

From the earliest stages of your construction project, an experienced general contractor will assist you with the planning and budgeting.  From there, you will receive assistance selecting materials and identifying specialists needed for your project, such as an architect, color consultant and interior designer.  Together we will define a construction plan that meets your schedule.  We will ensure necessary permits are identified and obtained before construction begins.

 

 

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Professional and efficient project management will ensure your construction project adheres to the budget and schedule.  You will be consulted immediately if conditions are discovered that may impact the original plan.  Regular and frequent communication will occur between homeowner and the general contractor.   All subcontractors will be carefully supervised throughout the project.  Materials will be sourced, purchased and delivered on your behalf.

POST-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Work performed by Brian O'Maoinagh Construction, Inc. is covered by a 12 month warranty.   All permits will be finalized with the city and provided to the homeowner.
